Great Doctor and staff

Dr. Sarcu is exceptional. He did a great job, I felt like all of my concerns were heard, and he answered all of my questions.

Dr Sarcu listens and responds with genuine empathy, explains medical conditions in way that is easy to understand, gives realistic and well explained prognosis and treatment options.

All is well and I am not having any problems that have not been taken care of by your team.

Very satisfied with appointment. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful from the time I checked in until I left.

Dr. Sarcu spent an adequate amount of time with me listening to my concerns as well as explaining options for my care and treatment options. His assistant was very helpful, and the audiologist was kind yet very professional. Dr. Sarcu's office already called with the results of half my blood tests and promised to call with the rest as soon as they are available. Already have the next appointment scheduled.

Getting thru 2 1/2 days of waiting for a call back when I had already waited about half an hour. Either their switchboard is way understaffed or really bad scheduling,Yes, I know it was just the Thanksgiving weekend and all but we needed to reach a doctor. Finally on the third day I called the office direct, explained what we needed and we a short, quick, effective help from doctor and a nurse, problem solved, and we were on the way home, This was , in absolutely no way, any fault of our doctor or nurse. Poor management, staffing, something needs attention and soon. Thanks for listening.
