Dr. Stolp and his staff were excellent! Knowledgeable, professional yet personable. My only critique I have is of the live well app when you ask to pre-check in to save time that is a false statement. Because even though I would pre-check in upon checking in they would ask me all the questions again when I would mention that I Already pre-checked in online they advised me that they are required to do "due diligence" and ask all the questions again this is occurred with every doctor across the board that I see with Aurora. I stopped doing the pre-check-in and nothing changed when I check in in person. That's the same questions they would ask cause if I pre-checked in and once in the room, the nurse asked the same questions about medication's and medical conditions so I'm not gonna waste my time answering questions pre-checking in when I'm gonna have to redo it again upon arrival
