Dr. Randall went above and beyond what I could expect. He was concerned about a new ongoing problem with an infection and immediately called my internist/family doctor and arranged for further evaluation. He stressed the importance of seeing another physician immediately and it resulted in treatment that looks like it will take care of my problem--which was not Dr. Randall's responsibility. I can't say enough about how great Dr. Randall and his concern for me as a patient is.
