Everyone was so nice

Dr. Mael and his office are true examples of compassionate care. I came to his office as a new patient with some bloodwork results, but a very recent (unrelated) cancer diagnosis was my bigger concern. Dr. Mael took the time to comfort and to then walk through my lab results one by one to explain and make sure I was understanding each value. I was so grateful for his compassion and for the time he took to make sure I was reassured. The front staff were equally thoughtful and responsive. I wish all office experiences were like the one I had with Dr. Mael's.

Dr. Mael was excellent, he explain everything to me and was so patient, more doctors should be like him. He did not rush to get rid of me, he made me feel good
