Dr Mael answered all my questions adequately and provided background information as to possible treatments in terms I could understand. He is a warm, caring doctor who listened to my concerns and provided information, and then asked if I understood everything.

Dr Mael, very helpful, he answers all my questions and concerns in a way I would understand. He also gives me advice and shows me what to use to help with my problem. He explains everything in detail so I understand if treatment doesn't work and what I should consider doing if the problem keeps happening more frequently. Very grateful having him as my doctor, I have full confidence in him for my well being.

Out of all the doctors, I've seen through advocate my RA doctor has really been the best. He's always very thorough and orders the tests that need to be done. He's understanding and compassionate, and very knowledgeable about my situation He never makes me feel bad or misunderstood, and always goes Above and beyond to explain things to me because he knows with my brain injury TBI it's difficult for me to receive so much information and he seems to always put it in the notes where I can go back and see what he has recommended or set up for me
