The doctor was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of time and explained things very well.

He has a friendly, welcoming and professional staff. He is a kind considerate and funny person. He outside enough time for each patient to listen to you, explain your issues to you and relate to you as a person, not just as a patient. He's incredibly knowledgeable beyond just his specialty and can assist you in finding other professionals to address other conditions and concerns. Dr. Mael was a fortunate find for me and I hope he never retires.

Dr Mael and his staff are great. He explained why I could not get the infusion that day, made a recommendation to me and his staff scheduled my infusion three days later. He's very busy as is the infusion center, and they were able to accommodate my calendar
