He is the best doctor and very professional, excellent quality and service.

Dr. Mael is competent and is a good listener. He uses his network effectively to provide me with a comprehensive treatment plan. He has a nice sense of humor too.

I was unable to travel for the appointment, but rather than cancel, the office agreed to a virtual visit which was appropriate since it was a simple follow up and I had no issues, just reporting results. Really appreciated the flexibility which is not as common as it should be!

My visit with. Dr mael and my information for a went really well but I had to have labs drawn and that was bad I was told it would be awhile there was 1 person ahead of me about 5 people came in after me they were all taken ahead of me had to wait over an hour while everyone else came and went they told me I wasn't registered which I was they just took from the top
