Be a little bit more compassionate and patient because 9 times out of 10 that patient that you're seeing is already nervous about talking about things and probably have anxiety which I know this first hand because I have anxiety attacks.

We got into our xray in a timely matter but then had to wait 30 minute to see the doctor for a 2 minute appointment.
Not the most personable doctor I've ever seen and was not my first choice but I needed to see someone for my pain sooner rather than later. Not the best bedside manner...seemed rather cold and unfriendly...but maybe he was too rushed and couldn't take the time on that particular day. All in all, he did resolve my pain issue so it wasn't an all bad experience.
Time ran too long to keep appointment due to care givers schedule for work.. had to reschedule this appointment
It was the most excellent experience that we have ever had at any clinic or medical center. Everyone no matter who we talked to were excellent. So kind, caring, reassuring and in formative. I would recommend Dr.Bingham to everyone as well as the Aurora Medical Center in Fondulac & Oshkosh. Positive medical experience, top-notch employees.
