I was called into the office quickly. The MD was very knowledgeable and explained the conditions I have with simple terms. He gave me a script for 2 antibiotics and asked me to return in 4-6 weeks. I would have liked a bit more of his time as I had more questions to ask him. As a nurse, that was important to me.
My sons first appointment with Dr. Crosby and I couldn't be more pleased. I am so thankful I decided to switch my sons dermatologist to him. He was a kind and informative Dr., I will recommend him to anyone needing pediatric dermatology.
When asked for areas of concern, I was told to stop - too many on my list (these are spots on my body that I wanted to ask about, etc.). I was told 3 is all I could talk about and still get an all-over check as there is not enough time. Doctor is very rushed and there is no room to really get a word in edgewise. I've seen him for years, but I will be switching to someone who has more time to spend with his patients.
The ladies in the lab department, check in were the nicest people ever! The nurse was outstanding. I am extremely pleased and astonished how kind everyone was. I love your staff and appreciate how well treated I was. Thank you??
