Very friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Crosby was a pleasure to meet and consult with.

Just the front check in desk after my Vista. I realized I forgot to ask the office visit summary. So I called the girl was very unfriendly and sounded like it was to much work for her. And I know about the app but it would not print clear on my printer. So perhaps she needs to learn customer service skills. Dr Crosby is awesome love him .I would not see another Dermatologist but him.

Get rid of the masks

I really appreciate the fact that Dr Crosby is professional and yet personal. He does not waste time when he is in the exam room with me, but he always gives me all the necessary details regarding my situation and answers all my questions. I am in and out in a very timely manner and yet receiving the treatment and all my questions answered
