In this era of rapid assessments driven by time standards and reporting systems, I still felt my visit with Dr. Crosby was thorough and unrushed. All my questions were answered and I'll certainly continue in Dr. Crosby's care.

As always it was a pleasant experience. Dr Crosby and his staff were simply wonderful. I am very grateful for all they did for me.

Dr Crosby explained my options in detail and was very patient in answering questions. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. However the front desk staff was not very welcoming. They weren't mean or disrespectful but they did not give patients a warm welcome. I felt like the staff was unhappy to be there.

Dr. Crosby as well as his nurse were very helpful. They answered my questions. But I forgot to have him take care of the cyst in my left ear that I was unaware of.

This was the second time that I saw Dr. Crosby and will always ask to see him whenever I have a dermatology problem. He was very thorough and informed me about what might happen when I return in a month. I was well pleased with my visit.
