I felt Dr. Crosby and his team were excellent and extremely knowledgeable and competent.

The lobby is too quiet it could use music or a tv, the white globe lights all are dirty. The whole staff/team was great

Very please with my visit Dr Crosby is outstanding

Dr. Crosby had good bedside manner and listened to my concerns. He gave me good patient education and I left his office feeling like I had answers. I did call earlier that day and spoke with a front desk staff, I politely inquired about the cost of my visit and she was very rude and blaming me for not putting my insurance information into LiveWell. When she realized it was already in, she started back tracking saying she did not how it got in there but never once apologized. That was very disappointing that I as the patient seeking answers had to be the bigger person in that interaction. As a health care worker myself, I understand that we are tired and overworked. However, we should all still strive to provide excellent service and that includes how we speak to patients.

Very personable and respectful of my age and willing to explain diagnosis. This applies to both doctor and nurse.

Dr Crosby knew his field. He has a great and friendly manner with me.

I always get very nervous going to drs and the nurse and Dr really made me feel at ease and helped me . They treated me so good I would recommend him to anyone . The care was amazing .

Dr. Crosby explained things to me in terms that I could understand. I will follow his instructions!
