Dr Crosby and staff were excellent as always.

I was a first time patient trying to pull over information from my chart was not easy for nurse to know all my background medications etc. suggest this is done day before visit to make smother transition on first visit.

I'm always seen right on time and my docs and nurses are very knowledgeable about me and my medical issues. They treat me with respect and make sure I know what I need to know.

they want you there 15 minutes early and then you wait a 1/2 hour----should I just get there 15 minutes late and be seen right away??
