I waited around 2 months to just get into this appointment. Only to be told they would rather me see if the cost benefit was okay with me to proceed with my procedures I was requesting. I barely got to talk with the doctor and he seemed rushed. I received only a number to call in order to get an estimate. It was then to be my decision if I'd want to proceed. There was hardly and examination. I hope that this will not be charged as an office visit with any type of treatment or care. None of that happened. If I got back for this procedure, I will definitely request not to be charged again for an office visit. If seems to me that this is a way to charge me and my insurance for two office visits rather than just one. Overall, not happy. I waited all that time to leave within 5 minutes only with a phone number to call to see how much I'm going to be charged for this.
