Very professional and polite.

The nurses are very nice. Also the receptionist are are great. Your guys at the door bring me to my apt in a wheelchair. With out them I couldn't get myself to my apt.

Quality care!

I really hate the automated phone system. It often takes more than 20 minutes to reach a live person in order to ask a simple question. It's definitely annoying. For people who don't have a smart phone, who rely on landlines, the options are very limited.

Dr. Newell is a fine doctor and a good listener!

Glad to get off of a pill

The nurse I had was the most amazing nurse I ever worked with. She explained how the whole appointment was going to go to ease any anxiety and made sure any questions were answered. I've never had a nurse explain everyone I was going to see and why before this visit, she was amazing
