Doctor and nurses are great.
They are very concerned about the stays if my health and the questions that I have. They answer them in a very timely manner and make me feel see and heard. They all help me with my own concerns so I can be my own advocate as well. I love how they work with me on keeping myself healthy.
Dr. David Newell is an excellent specialist and his nurse, Rebecca is super!

We asked to have a prescription renewed but as of today it still hasn't been sent in to our prescription provider. It is important that I have this medication.

Sat in exam room too long; waiting for Dr. to come in; then again for the nurse to come in after that. Then, the instructions were confusing about upcoming blood tests, urine test, med to take before a blood test, plus the woman at the desk scheduled my appointments at the wrong clinic location. It started out ok, but went down hill after that. (The Dr. seemed to be a bit difficult to understand, not clear on instructions; ordered a urine test that should have been ordered BEFORE I had my appt, but never was.) I drove an hour each way to get to this appt besides.
I plan on canceling my next appointment. They're way to busy, and we're in a rush to get to the next patient. Seems their plate is overnight flowing
Dr. Newell was very informative and very nice. We now have a plan in motion to help deal with the health problems.
I love everything about Dr. Newell's practice...from the reception desk, nurses and Dr. Newell himself. They are knowledgeable, kind and caring always!
