Dr. Olmstead is an excellent doctor. He always answers my questions. He also tells me what I need to hear about my health.

It was interesting that Dr. Olmstead had spent some time working at Bay West Hosipital in Springfield Massachusetts where I was raised.

Disheartening that the network overbooks doctors, cancelled prior appointment with primary care after taking 6 weeks to get in, and only rescheduled a 15 minute appointment so doctor didn't have time to address all of my issues. Doctors and nurses are great, network is horrible

Dr. Olmstead has been my doctor for about 30 years or more. I trust him will my well-being. He has been my doctor since the old " Meyer Medical Center" was in Orland Park. As far as Advocate Medical, the only suggestion I would like to see implemented would be to shorten all the information on your telephone voice answering system. It is far to long when a patient wants the quickest possible connection to a human for the help they need.
