Great doctor

Well customer service could be improved. The tech that called my name --never introduced herself --I had to ask her name when she was leaving the examining room. Not a pleasant attitude--like asking me " how is your day going". She wore jeans and a blue t-shirt. What happened to wearing more professional clothes-like scrubs? I am a nurse and I was trained to be pleasant to my patients --greet the patient with a smile. The tech had very little conversation with me--

i don not like that i have to print out my orders for tests. why aren't they printed at the office and handed to me? it is very difficult to find how to print them on the live well web site:(

Dr Olmsted is a great doctor. He will always take time to listen to your concerns and help resolve your issues. He takes a genuine interest in his patients and provides the best of care.

I arrived late for my appointment and the doctor still saw me promptly. I really appreciate that kindness.
