VERY PROFESSIONAL AN ANSWERS MY QUSTIONS

My appointment was at 10:45. I wasn't brought back to a room until 11:30. After that, the doctor came in very quickly. Great visit, he listened to me and asked lots of clarifying questions.

I enjoy my visits with Dr. Hyman. He is an exceptional physician who is extremely personable and easy to talk to.

Too many non doctors answer questions that I would have liked Dr. Hyman to address. I felt rushed .

My provider was running late because of complications with a previous patient. The office staff informed me that he was running late. When I met with Dr. Hyman he was so apologetic and kind. I was not one bit upset that I had to wait. Wonderful Doctor and staff. They made me feel important and well cared for.

Top notch ENT! Dr. Hyman knows my medial history, always takes the time to review with me, listens attentively and spends quality time with his exam. Thank you for everything you do Dr. Hyman. His medical assistant that day, was FANTASTIC!

The Dr. helped me as much as he could, but the problem still exists. It may take time and patience to go away, or it is something I might have to live with.

Very personable and professional. Explained timeline, procedure process and things to expect with each choice. Appreciated that I was given a choice to try a less invasive approach first. And even more appreciated that instead of leaving it up to me to come back if the first approach were to work, he showed empathy and concern by asking would I feel comfortable returning for him to evaluate himself. Really show one on one care with doctor/patient relationship.
