Very professional, personable and efficient office from front desk to the doctor.

After over a year of not feeling heard by my primary physician, I met with Dr. Hyman who believed me and took every single concern that I mentioned seriously. He provided me with a plan to address my health concerns--which is all I ever wanted. I may not have answers yet, but I have a plan!

I had to wait a long time in the room. I get it things happen. I was offered a bottle of water while I waited. It was fine. You can't always control the amount of time things will take.

Doctor and staff were very attentive to my concerns and seemed genuinely eager to help me improve my health issues.

Dr. Hyman was genuinely concerned about my health issue. He was very thorough at explaining the next steps. It was my first visit and I felt comfortable with him.

My appointment was at 10:15 and I was hoping to be done be 11/11:15 because I had to go back to work for meetings. Well I didn't actually talk to anyone until 10:45. So I was waiting around for awhile which wasn't great. Did meet with the doctor and his team and he went through everything fine and discussed options. Just the waiting around was not great and I had to move meetings due to going over when I thought I'd be out by.

Had not seen this provider for about a year so the last few questions were not pertinent. Great experience with this provider
