I was pleased with every thing. My experience with it all was in a timely matter. Even with out an appointment for a hearing test the Dr made it possible.

Dr. Hyman was very personable and attentive. I had him repeat his definitions of my problem a few times in order for me to clearly understand and he was very accommodating. An appointment was set for next year for a follow up and check that things stay the same and do not become worse. The audiologist report and its results of where my hearing loss registered was very important to me. Dr. Hyman could have been more detailed in his explanations of what is happening to my hearing and why.

Going to this Aurora Clinic in Greenfield was wonderful! Dr. Hyman was thorough and asked me if I had any additional questions about the Inspire implant for sleep apnea. His assistant was SO nice! Terrific experience all around!

Dr Hyman was professional, kind, compassionate, helpful and flexible. He was able to see me as an "emergency " although he had a full schedule which was very appreciated.. I could not have asked for more from a physician.
