Dr. Chua took time with me & really cared about my concerns. He is Awesome!!

I can't contact my doctor directly using your new wellness app unless my question fits your predetermined list of questions which are not relevant. Also, why are my prescription renewal requests being touted to my former doctor's mailbox even though he is no longer with the clinic.

Dr. Chua is an excellent cardiologist. He knew my medical history and recommended as to how to proceed. Dr. Chua is knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Dr Chua is the most informative Dr I have ever been to. He is the most patient; knowledgeable and explanatory of any Dr I see. I thank him for his service.

Dr. Chua's thorough approach is encouraging and motivating towards understanding and improving my cardiac and overall health. For an initial assessment, I'm delightfully pleased and less anxious given the LiveWell after visit charting :)

Dr. Chua was very interested in my progression what I was doing what he could do to help me new ideas, and change medicines. It was a very good meeting.
