The electronic check in is not efficient if I still have to go to the desk and check in and be asked the same questions when seen be the nurse.

Dr. Chua remembers me and is very encouraging. I believe he is concerned for me as a person.

Doctor did apologize for the delay when he came in the treatment room and before he left. Also was told when I arrived doctor was running 30 minutes behind. Gave me time to have my lab work done before my appointment.

All that I can say is that Dr. Chua is amazing! I've been seeing him for some time, and he's attentive, informative, caring and just all-around a great doctor! I mentioned issues that I was having outside of my crappy heart at my appointment, and Dr. Chua took on the role of psychiatrist/psychologist. I left my appointment in a much better place mentally. I consider myself sooo lucky that when my PCP sent me to cardiology, Dr. Chua had an available appointment.
