Very thorough

Since my doctor was interested in bloodwork results, especially with regard to cholesterol, I should have been advised to have a blood draw prior to this appointment. I didn't need to see the doctor in person only to be told to go somewhere else and have blood drawn and blood analysis performed. That instruction should have been provided over the phone or by e-mail instead of having me spend the time it took to be told to do these preliminary things in person.

I was greeted as soon as ,I entered the facility. Waited a very short time for the nurse who reviewed my meds, took my BP and weight. The doctor came in shortly after the nurse left. He was aware of a phone call my daughter made several weeks prior and checked the details of her concerns with me. He reviewed and discussed my medical condition at length and answered my questions. I was not rushed in any way. When I left, the receptionist again was pleasant , efficient and scheduled my next appointments.

I appreciate that Dr T takes the time to listen to my questions. His staff is great too, particularly Wanda, she is wonderful. I'm always happy to see her.

Dr T is an excellent doctor. Always listens to one's concerns.

Every thing was well documented and everyone was very nice

The single receptionist was overwhelmed when 3 patients needed to check out at almost the same time. You are understaffed here.

Dr and his team are very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel they have my best care in hand.
