Arrived by public transport early, taken early, done early. Walked back to bus stop. Noticed what seemed to be an intercampus shuttle vehicle from the 1775 facility to the hospital. It would be nice if Lutheran General publicized that service on a wall poster if such service is available.

Dr. T is an excellent doctor. He's thorough, listens carefully and explains, answers questions and has a great sense of humor, which also puts me at ease, and I trust him. For me these are all important qualities.

I am deaf and need a walker. Both necessities were dealt with without me feeling it was a bother to anyone at Nesset! Everyone was patient and understanding. Dr Takhtehchian takes time to ask about treatment from other doctors. Reminded me more than once to stop a medication a week before an upcoming event. This is why that even thought I have moved a longer distance away, I have stuck with Dr Takhtehchian for 15 yrs and plan to continue to do so for the future. He and his staff are concerned about me as a person and not just a bunch of test results. Thank you, Dr Takhtehchian and staff!

Entire staff was friendly and efficient.

The only complaint I have is that the receptionist made me wait standing for 15 minutes while he helped a woman with insurance and setting up tests. All he needed to do was ask my name fir checking in and he made me wait all that time.

I appreciate all the medical staff st LGH who have cared for me and my family.
