He was quick to answer my questions and answered them in a way I understood. He was gentle and informed me as what to expect during my procedure.

The doctor was fine. Because of the way the medical system is setup to only allow about 20 minutes for an appt, I feel extremely rushed and never receive full care for any medical treatment. The medical system is definitely broken!
