Everyone was friendly and courteous. They were a little behind on the day of my appointment as I sat in the doctors office waiting 20 minutes. They finally came in and said they were behind and they were sorry for the delay, which I thought was awesome to be updated not wondering what was going on But as the visit went on, I was told of everything going on step-by-step and I explained it Word for Word on what would be going on forward
