It did take several weeks, approximately 2 months to get into this office, but I was not an emergency case either. Dr has very friendly, good bedside manner as you would expect a Dr to have, thorough and precise. This was my first ever dermatologist appointment so he only knew what history I provided and being my first appointment I have nothing to compare to as far as what other offices/Dr's do. I was pleased and learned things I did not previously know about moles and I appreciate being educated to the best of my understanding. That being said, I was not familiar with all the different types of findings, but since the information is on my file I can now use that to do my own research. (For time sake) I would recommend this Dr and facility for its friendly staff, clean facility, ample parking, touch free doors, as its also part of the Urgent care facility, and they do seat urgent care patients on one side of the waiting room and specialist on the other. Overall this was a good first experience and the Dr encouraged me to let him know if I have any questions going forward.
