Dr. Diiorio and his two assistants were extremely pleasant and helpful. They made for a very enjoyable and productive visit. However, the only negative thing I have to say about my visit relates to the receptionist I met at the front desk that covers the dermatology department. The person was not rude, but she certainly was not overly pleasant. That has been true for my other visits, the receptionists have been more or less helpful, but for the most part I wouldn't classify them as particularly pleasant. I guess the best way I can describe the receptionist who helped me is, she really should probably get a job doing something else and should not be in a client/patient/customer service business. I'm sure she has many fine qualities, serving other people is not one of them. I never look forward to checking in for my appointments. Once that is over with, the actual healthcare providers have been terrific.
Dr Diiorio was professional, informative, knowledgeable about my care. Very definitely satisfied with my visit.

Everything went extremely well at my procedure. Whatever questions that I had were answered in a manner that was easy to understand. There were no questions that were not answered. The aftercare was also explained in an easy to understand manner.
The visit went fairly fast, he could slow down a bit, otherwise great visit.
He was very prompt and took time to explain everything. Very thorough.
