This was my third time seeing Danielle, she is always pleasant and easy to talk to about your health. She is always concerned for my health and looking for new ways to improve my headaches. She took time to explain why I was having certain symptoms and explained what was happening when I was getting the sharp shooting pain in my head. We discussed not going on anymore medication due to what I am on already, but found a treatment that she felt would be very beneficial for me. She even offered a complimentary tx. while we are waiting on insurance approval for the treatment. My other alternative was to go back on Nurtec for my headaches, which I decided to continue until my next visit in three weeks. I was also given a discount card from the company so it can be used for my treatment. I thought that was pretty awesome.I feel Danielle goes over and beyond with caring for her patients, she even noticed my walker height for me wasn't correct and asked if I was walking w/ my shoulders, and head down, I had told her yes and my arms were getting stiff. She took time to take the screws out and reset to the best level for me, I told her my husband could do it, she said I will take care of it right now for you. I sure appreciated it and it really did help. Danielle is very efficient and does a great job as a NP, we need more people like Danielle. The MA on that day was very sweet as well, and took the time to listen to me about everything I have been going through w/ my health issues, and reassured me everything is going to be ok. I worked for Aurora for 43yrs., helping patients , but when your on the other side of the fence it's a whole different ball game. God bless the medical team at Aurora Advocate!
