This is our family's second appointment where the provider came in just short of 20 minutes despite us being there early as requested by your practice. The nurse was in to do vitals and then we sat in the room for 18.5 minutes before the provider entered the room. Danielle relates well to my daughter and my daughter feels comfortable with her. We both feel she listens and communicates well.
