The first thing Dr. Sajdak said when he walked in was "so you got the covie". That wasn't very professional and not even correct terminology. He and his nurse acted like they wanted to stay very far from me. When he had me sit on the table, he only checked my ears! He said he wanted me to keep my mask on because he didn't get his "covie" shot yet. Again not very professional and not a thorough job. He never even had a covid test done on me. He took my word that I took a home covid test. I would think the doctor would want his own test done. I went to the pharmacy at the same Clinic to get the Paxlovid that Dr. Sajdak prescribed and they didn't have any in stock. I also found out that insurances aren't covering it and it would cost $1,400! So I did not take the prescription. This all-around trip was a waste of my time and energy which I had very little energy. I would have been better off staying home and resting than going to see this doctor who did nothing for me and trying to pick up a medication that should make me feel better but was very unaffordable and not even available. The lady at the pharmacy was very helpful and let me know that Hartford had some in stock and tried to look for a discount but they were unavailable. I know this probably won't happen but I don't think I should have to pay for that full office visit. I am a very unsatisfied patient and will not see Dr. Sajdak again and will not recommend him to any family and friends.
