Our family has "affiliated" with LGH for 50 years... In all of that time we have seen or been seen by drs. in almost every specialty... Most have been competent and respectful. Some have been inappropriate or simply dangerous... Dan Berman is clearly been among the top 5 in terms of empathy, humor, and medical competence. In 2025 given the "managed care" climate, he is literally outstanding ... My only fear is that this secret will spread to the point of it becoming more and more difficult to get in to see him. I'm not the type to normally gush about somebody or something-- usually more conservative in my assessments, but my faith in Dr. Berman is strong and I'm lucky to have him as my health care partner...

He's the best physician I've ever had , he's very very thorough and he has complete knowledge of my medical history
Dr Berman has always given me good advice on my health goals. I don't like that some times I have to go to the other Advocate Health vacilities, but I know that Dr Berman knows my history through EPIC. Ageing patients have to advocate for themselves which is not always easy.
