Dr Berman explained well but i kind of waited quite awhile for my blood works to be done. And i wish front people would be a little bit lively to greet patients, it's a big plus if someone is not feeling good.

I like Dr. Berman very much and feel as if I my care is in good hands. My comment is more about the lack of specifity the AFTER VISIT SUMMARY. My form said "US KIDNEY BILATERAL" and I had no idea who to call and what to request. The nurse at the exit station gave me a phone number to call to set an appointment. When I called the number, a recording asking what type of appointment I wanted to make. I asked the same nurse, and she explained that US stands for Ultrasound. Ultimately, I scheduled the US KIDNEY BILATERAL but this is not the first time I was leaving and did not fully understand what do for my next step.
