When I scheduled this appointment, I was given instructions on items to bring: insurance card and state ID. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told I should have fasted to get blood work completed. I did not know I needed to fast for this appointment. It would have been nice if that was included in the instructions to save me from needing a follow-up appointment. If possible, please add more instruction so I can be better prepared for an appointment. Thank you.
