You have expanded the practices that are now in the building so much that there was no parking in the lot. I had to park on the street which was inconvenient.

Dr Berman is a great Provider. The call center is not so great. It was very difficult to get an appointment through the call center. They had no appointments avail for about a month, said no alternate provider was available and stated they do not take sick patients. The person I spoke with sounded as if she had no medical background and there was no attempt to triage my situation (new shoulder pain with arm numbness) This is a barrier for access to care that will only increase ER visits or cause serious delays in care. Would like to see the call center improved. Thank you.

Everything I expected. Been a patient for many years of Dr. Berman and I keep coming back. His quality of care is exceptional.

This was my first visit to this clinic and with Dr. Berman and he was tremendous. I don't like doctor visist as I get a little apprehensive but Dr Berman did a great job of calming me down. My last two primary care physicians have retired i the last two years and I am happy that I have found my new primary care physician in Dr. Berman.
