Very personable, compassionate, informative and professional!

The Dr and nurses are super helpful and nice . However the process of obtaining Accutaine once a month is very specific and detailed . The rules keep getting added . The system is set up for failure as the requirements are hard to meet with the patient being a college student in another city . Every step of the way mistakes happen. It's very frustrating. There's so many variables that can go wrong . However the meds are very effective so we press on .

Dr. Opel has been such an asset to my care team. Always professional, personable and a wealth of knowledge and information about my issues. He communicates this so clearly that rarely do i need to ask questions. It seems like he knows everything your going to ask and answers it before you ask. Shows care and concern for some sensitive issues. I couldn't ask for a better health care provider.
