Dr Hertel has excellent skills in communicating the medical issues or what the next steps would be and before I left, I received treatment that I was offered, and I agreed to. He also communicated what type of treatment I would receive and if there is any pain associated with that, the potential level of pain and duration. What more can a patient ask for? He answered every question before I even thought to ask those. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hertel and his staff and this is not the first time I have visited his office. I would 100% recommend him to anyone seeking dermatology care.
