I would have like a better understanding of my diagnosis and what causes this medical condition and what else can I do, orhere is nothing else, should I be looking to be forever in pain, like I am now. What is the office guidelines now for getting test results from a call back from the doctor. My last 2 test I did receive any calls back to advise what is my diagnosis or stat from the tests. I did review the results in the portal but I must be honest I did not understand what was been said. This xray was of my back and I was so worry. I left messages after 5 days went by and still no call back. I know we live in an electronic world now, I understand all the changes, but if you need to speak to your doctor, is this still something that can be provided. Thanks for reaching out.
