He listens attentively and addresses all my concerns with good advice. He never makes me feel like I'm just a number and rushes me out of the office.

Front desk was horrible, I've been seeing my doctor for 20 years, and I was treated as if I was a brand new patient, I forgot my wallet with my ID and I have insurance card on my phone, the person behind the desk said I have to reschedule because I didn't have my ID, VERY RUDE.
