Front desk was horrible, I've been seeing my doctor for 20 years, and I was treated as if I was a brand new patient, I forgot my wallet with my ID and I have insurance card on my phone, the person behind the desk said I have to reschedule because I didn't have my ID, VERY RUDE.

Will knowledgeable about any health concerns that I had. Referrals were given where I had concerns. I felt that the doctor was easy to talk to which made me feel relieved and relaxed

Dr. Montalvo was really friendly and informative. He explained solutions to me about problems I've been having. I would definitely see him again for another visit.

It's nice to have a doctor who listens to you when you have concerns or questions.
