The office visit was nice but I felt I "had" to request more details about my self-care to be included as he was composing my report (visible to me on his computer screen). AND when I went to buy item from drug store MY personal visit paper did not have upon it that a prescription had been sent TO my drug store. I was given assistance finding a shelf med as described. Two hours later that drug store called me to say that the prescription was ready. So, 1) - I should have remembered that he had said he would order item and asked at the pharmacy counter. 2) - Wish it had been ON my report sheet. Would have saved a couple of "bucks".

This visit the Dr. gave me the name of a doctor that might be able to help me. That gives me a small glimmer of hope.
