Dr.Dan is quite pleasant to talk to. Explained everything about my hearing test, ordered a medication and explained why and how it should be used.

Was seen for vertigo that had happened in the past month. Took this long to get an appointment as which time I was no longer experiencing any dizziness, etc. Next time I cannot be seen for weeks, I will not make an appointment. It really was a waste of time.

The doctor was amazing. He listened to my concerns and was incredibly kind and patient. I had nasal cautery done and he made sure I was feeling fine with the procedure and talked me through the process.

Dan was very easy to talk to. And his staff was excellent as well.

Very competent people supported my concerns. In future questionnaires, an option 'does not apply' would be helpful.
