This was a very short encounter. I needed to have ear wax removed. It was done efficiently and efficiently. No follow up was necessary.

Very pleased with how quickly I was seen and treated

I got there just a little early and it didn't take long for me to get my hearing test. The lady who did the test was very nice and made sure I understood what to do. When that was done I was taken to the Dr. office and I only had a minute to wait there. My visit went well. He told me to keep on doing what I was doing and to come back in a year.

It was amazing! The ENT office was clean. The staff and doctors were incredible. I felt like I was at a private house call for the rich. I was seen before I could sit down. The doctor ACTUALLY listened to what I was saying. I totally wished every doctor's appointment was like this.

I came in as a walk-in with a timely issue and known history. After about 30 minutes, I got in for a hearing test. The professional was well acquainted with my history. She then got me over to see who I believe was a PA. We discussed the situation and medications. He recommended a steroid injection in the ear drum. A surgeon virtually immediately did that. Excellent care and extremely timely.
