The doctor and the nurses (2) listened to me, and answered my questions, so I could understand. They were kind, welcoming, and professional. They encouraged me to relax for the flu shot and the Lab Work. The Lab experience went very well, also. I am pleased with the visit, the care shown to me, thank you each and all!

I really like how he listens and we come up with a plan together. He does not rush you in and out. He spends time with you.

On the administration side, there are elements that are duplicative. I am sent pre check in items, however then I arrive to my appointment and I am asked the very same questions. I am not sure of the value of the precheck in when I am asked the same questions when I physically check in. In addition, I am asked to arrive 20 mins a head of schedule, however that is very inconvenient for patients and leaves them sitting in a waiting area with other patients, who are in many cases not feeling well. I have also never been brought in to the patient room early, so again begs the question to why patients need to arrive so early.

Dr Lunetta is easy to talk to about my health is willing to listen to you it is pleasure to have him my primary Dr I am not afraid to call him if I need help thank you Dr Lunetta.
