I was very impressed at the attention that was paid when i talked and or asked questions, with the way someone was able to get blood for the blood tests ordered, a very difficult task for most (is the word phlebotomist), and although I can't pinpoint it exactly,most importantly I was able to feel very comfortable the whole time.
