The care provider is excellent, not only with his medial expertise but in his comunication skills where, in person and face to face, you get the feeling that he understands, patiently explains, and that he cares. Moreover, he responds almost Im mediately on the portal once I am able to get on. This last time when I was to fill out a pre-appt., it took me 4 days to get on. If I had to rate experience with your portal, I would not have been a patient long ago as I have experienced nothing but frustration. Someone kindly fixed it so I didn;t have to give my password all the time, but it's changed once again. And now you've added another security measure, but at least now I know. how to get your code by sending it to appear on my phone (but it's really e-mai) My husband actually died at the computer making an appt. but he knew how to use the portal, and I often think I will be doing the same thing but from frustration and an elevated BP causing a stroke. If anyone reads this, I would very much appreciate an answer to the following questions: If one does not have a computer to use the portal, and if you call the office directly, they don;t take the call, what does that person do?
