I came in at 7:30am as my appointment was at 7:45am. Asked if I had any further questions. The procedure took about 15-20 minutes. Done at 8:30 and was told we would have to wait about 2 hours for the results. They put us in an exam room and had to sit for hours in a chair that was very uncomfortable. Nurse came back around 11 to provide us with the results and indicated the doctor had two more patients to see before he would be able to stitch and it should not be long. Then 12:00 came and the doctor came in make sure the nurse provided us with the results. He indicated at that time it would be another hour before he could stitch as his nurses (both) went to lunch. I don't understand why both had to take lunch at the same time. He only needed one. So finally at 1:00 he came to say he was able to do the stitches and it would take him an hour and 45 minutes to do. I was done at 2 and left.
Excellent care was provided.
Very impressed how thourogh
staff was easy to talk with. Good to check BP etc. on other visits.

Well trained MD Excellent staff
This was our first visit with Dr. Gitter. I brought my mom in to see him based on a referral by her dermatologist to discuss treatment options after her diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma on her forehead. Mom has Alzheimer's and repeatedly asked him the same questions over and over. He was so kind and patient with her and expertly explained her treatment options. He also provided handouts to support his verbal explanations. I greatly appreciated his care of my mom.
Dr. Gitter and his staff are excellent.
Generally good
