his expertise is somewhat nullified by the rest of Aurora being so incredibly incompetent in scheduling procedures. what good does it do to have fine medical personnel when the procedures they want done can't be scheduled in a reasonable timeframe

He is extremely intelligent and has exceptional communication skills in helping me understand my healthcare plan and his recommendations and I just feel really comfortable with him.
