My appointment was at 9:45 and I wasn't seen by the Dr.until 10:15. But he seemed to be very busy that day

I have a great doctor

Dr. A was running late from a previous appt, so I sat in office waiting for 30+ min. I was there for a preop H&P prior to cataract surgery. Do not understand why preop H&P needed, as I will NOT even be put to sleep - kept awake for eye surgery. So, visit seemed to be a waste of time, just another way for this healthcare system to charge my insurance. Ridiculous waste of my time and of Dr. A's time.
