Dr. Dana Osburn and her nursing staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. Top notch. The Grafton Aurora Clinic front desk group is very good and welcoming. I am proud to have them as part of my family team.

Dr. Osburn was very patient and talked through options for medication. She took the time to hear my concerns and I felt she was really vested in my healthcare journey. My appointment was right on time and everyone in the front was very nice. They greeted everyone and let them know who could help them check in. Dr. Osburn's nurse was so kind and friendly. She made me feel very welcom and comfortable. I am so glad I have them both!
